Help and FAQs

Answers to the questions parents ask most. Still stuck? Contact us — we reply in the language you are comfortable with.

Registration and seats

Who can register?
A parent or guardian registers each child. One mobile number can be used for brothers and sisters; register each child separately.
Why is my child on the waitlist?
All four chosen subjects must fit together in the weekly timetable and each batch must have a free seat. If one subject is full or clashes, your child waits. We message you on WhatsApp as soon as a seat opens. Choosing a different subject can sometimes help — ask us.
Can I change subjects later?
Yes. Contact us with the learner ID from your WhatsApp message and we will check the new subjects fit the timetable.
My child's class or board is not listed.
We start with the classes, boards and languages where we have teachers ready. Contact us; we open new batches where enough families ask.

Classes

What device and internet do we need?
Any smartphone, tablet or computer that can run Google Meet or Microsoft Teams, with mobile data or Wi-Fi. A one-hour class uses roughly 150–300 MB with video; turning the camera off uses less.
What if my child misses a class?
Watch the recording the same day and do the worksheet. Children who regularly miss classes get a gentle reminder from us — free seats are kept for children who attend.
How big are the classes?
Classes are live for a large group, so questions are collected by a moderator and the teacher answers the most important ones in the last ten minutes. Recordings and worksheets help children revise at their own pace.
Are classes recorded?
Yes, so learners can revise. Recordings are shared only with learners in that batch. Privacy and recordings

Fees

Will I be charged after the free programme?
No, never automatically. From April 2027 you can choose to continue; the fee, timetable and terms are shared first and you pay only if you decide to enrol. Fees and terms
Do you guarantee marks?
No honest tutor can. We promise regular, well-planned classes, practice and help with doubts.
