Privacy and recordings

What we collect

• About the parent or guardian: name, WhatsApp mobile number, optional email, and town, district, state and PIN.
• About the learner: name, current class, board, school medium, teaching language, four chosen subjects, preferred class time and the device used.
• How you found us: the advertisement, campaign or referral code that brought you to this website.
• During classes: attendance, quiz results and class recordings.

How we use it

• To check the timetable, confirm seats and run classes.
• To send WhatsApp messages about registration, seats, class reminders and attendance.
• To understand which outreach works, using totals rather than individual children.
• Programme updates and offers only if you agreed to them when registering.

We do not use your child's information for advertising. Children's names, marks and contact details are never sent to advertising platforms.

Who can see it

Only our staff and tutors who need it to teach or support your child. Service providers we use (class platform, WhatsApp messaging, hosting) process it on our behalf. We do not sell or rent personal information.

Class recordings

Classes are recorded so learners can revise. Recordings are shared only with learners in that batch and used to check teaching quality. Learners should keep their camera off unless the teacher asks, and use only their first name and learner ID in class.

How long we keep it

While your child is enrolled, and for a limited period afterwards for records and accounts, unless the law requires longer. You can ask us to delete your family's information when it is no longer needed.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or stop optional messages, at any time by contacting us.
